You can buy your tickets at the cashier desk of the museum from 9 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. every day. The museum is open just until 5.00 p.m.
You might have to expect waiting times, if there is a larger number of visitors.
Tickets can only be purchased for the current day.

Important information

No animals are permitted in the museum building, with the exception of assistance dogs.

admission for representatives of the press

Free admission for representatives of the press will only be granted upon prior request at info@hohenschwangau.de (stating the purpose and proof of the planned publication) and upon presentation of the national press card.

Please note...

Due to renovation work, the Museum of the Bavarian Kings will be closed from November 9 until November 11, 2026.

During this period, Museum-, Prince- and Swan-Tickets will not be available for purchase.
