Conditions for reservations:

Reservations are possible in writing, by fax, e-mail or phone. You will receive a written confirmation for all reservations. The reservation is subject to a fee.

 

Online booking:

Please complete the form stated below. Your reservation is guaranteed if you enter a valid credit card number. We have a SSL certificate and your credit card information will be sent to us through a secure server. We use the encryption method of the industry standard "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) technology, which encrypts all your date, to avoid misapplications.

 

Conditions for cancellations:

Cancellations are free of charge and are possible until two hours before your planned visiting time by phone, in writing, by fax or e-mail. Afterwards the reservation fee will be charged as a cancellation penalty.

 

Conditions of payment:

Tickets can only be paid for in cash or with a credit card or German EC-Bankcard.

 

Ticket collection:

Reserved tickets can be collected from the Ticket-Center in Hohenschwangau only on the day of your planned visit, no later than one hour before your confirmed time of entrance.

Your written confirmation needs to be presented. If the reserved tickets will not be collected, the total amount will be charged from your credit card.

 

Data protection:  

We are conscious in protecting your privacy and confidentiality. All the information we collect is for the exclusive use of the Ticket-Center for booking tickets. We will not pass on personal data to a third party.
