Welcome to the Ticket-Center Hohenschwangau
Visitors will receive tickets for Neuschwanstein Castle, Hohenschwangau Castle and the Museum of the bavarian kings in the Ticket- Center Hohenschwangau.
Opening times Ticket-Center
Summer
March 25th 2013 until October 15th 2013
8 am until 5.30 pm
Winter
from October 16th 2013
9 am until 3.30 pm
The Ticket-Center has three entrances:
• Tickets for Neuschwanstein Castle, Museum of the Bavarian kings or combinations tickets
• Tickets for Hohenschwangau Castle and reserved tickets
• Tickets for groups/travel guides
Counters in the Ticket-Center
- 6 counters for individual visitors
- 3 counters for groups and travel guides
- 1 counter for reservations and collection of reserved tickets
Customer Service
Four large displays inform you about earliest possible time of entrance to the Castles. You will see times for German, English and Audio tours.
