Tickets for Neuschwanstein Castle

IMPORTANT! Due to the distance between the ticket center and Neuschwanstein Castle, your tickets have to be picked up latest one hour before your entrance time at the ticket center.

ATTENTION! Online reservations are possible until one day before your visit but not later than 5:00 p.m. (local time).

Reservation only valid after receiving our confirmation in writing.

Conditions for reservations

Reservations are possible in writing, by fax, e-mail or phone. You will receive a written confirmation for all reservations.

Conditions for cancellations

Cancellations are free of charge and are possible until two hours before your planned visiting time by phone, in writing, by fax or e-mail . The reservation fee will not be returned.

Conditions of payment

Tickets can only be paid for in cash  or with an EC or credit card.

We have a SSL certificate and your credit card information will be sent to us through a secure server. We use the encryption method of the industry standard "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) technology, which encrypts all your date, to avoid misapplications.

Ticket collection

Reserved tickets can be collected from the Hohenschwangau Ticket-Center only on the day of your planned visit, no later than one hour before your confirmed time of entrance.
