1. Journey by car:
Nearest Motorway / Expressway: Autobahn A7
Direction: Kempten - Füssen
Gateway / Exit: Füssen.
Distance from the motorway exit to Hohenschwangau: approx. 7 Km.
Short drive description: Drive the motorway/ expressway A7 direction Ulm-Kempten until the exit Füssen. At the exit drive in direction to Schwangau/ Königschlösser (Royal castles) to the federal road B16. From Füssen city drive into the federal road B17 direction Schwangau and follow the signs to Hohenschwangau village/ Königsschlösser (Royal castles).
2. Journey by train / bus:
Name of the nearest train station: Füssen (Fuessen Bahnhof)
