Entrance to the Museum
There is wheelchair access from the museum forecourt on Alpseestrasse 27 via a ramp into the museum foyer.
From there a ramp leads to the museum café and Alpenrose restaurant.
The restaurant is also accessible via a ramp at the rear of the building.
There are 3 designated parking spaces at the rear of the building. A disabled parking permit is required.
From here there is a side entrance into the foyer. If you wish to use this entrance, please give prior notice. The restaurant is also accessible via a ramp at the rear of the building.
The exhibition is on two floors. All areas of the exhibition are accessible via the lifts.
Accessible toilets are located on the ground floor at the back of the museum foyer as well as on the ground floor of the museum café and restaurant.
A cloakroom and lockers can be found on the ground floor of the museum.
There are stools and benches in the exhibition rooms. In addition portable fold-up seats are available in the foyer.
